Within the scope of our political activities (communal, cantonal and parliamentary
elections as well as communal, cantonal and national votes), two successful
political campaigns of national significance stand out: defeat of the
proposed ban on alcohol and tobacco advertising (initiative of the Order
of Good Templars), and the revocation of the casino ban and introduction
of the Grand Jeu in Switzerland.
Of equal note is the decisive part we played in the Physicians
Association of the Canton of Zürich's victory in the popular
cantonal vote on the dispensation of pharmaceuticals, held in the autumn
of 2001.
Business
The spectrum of successful PRW campaigns is impressive. It includes counteractions
against internationally instigated attacks on individual industries (such
as Nestlé baby food), or consulting services for religious organisations
as well as the creation of new financial services and tourism promotion
concepts (American Express: 14 years, Mauritius since 1981).
We also work with institutions, including the "Keep Switzerland Beautiful"
campaign, do PR work for the Zürich Police
(personnel recruitment and accident prevention campaigns) and provide
PR support for corporate and institutional anniversaries.
Our product-PR portfolio is just as wide-ranging (prominent example: launch
of Coca-Cola light). Worthy of a special mention in the domain of motivation
is the nation-wide child safety campaign "Spellbound in Play",
on behalf of the Damage Prevention Foundation of Winterthur
Insurance.
